Trade Recruit is proud to be hiring a Video Content Creator for one of our prestigious clients—a dynamic and forward-thinking company looking to enhance its digital presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled videographer and editor to play a key role in shaping high-quality, engaging video content that captivates audiences and strengthens brand identity.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end video production, from initial concept and filming to editing and final delivery. You will create a wide variety of video content, including brand storytelling, social media campaigns, product showcases, and customer case studies. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of digital media trends, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce engaging, fast-paced video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Edit long-form content into shorter, high-impact clips for social media promotion.
  • Develop scripts and storyboards that align with marketing goals.
  • Ensure all videos maintain a strong brand identity and meet high production standards.

Content Strategy & Creative Execution

  • Identify new and creative ways to engage audiences through video.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and video marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align video content with broader brand campaigns.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content and create engaging vlogs to showcase company culture.

Filming & Technical Expertise

  • Direct and coach on-screen talent to achieve the best performance.
  • Manage lighting, sound, and camera equipment for professional-quality production.
  • Ensure proper organisation and archiving of digital assets.

Performance & Brand Growth

  • Analyse video performance metrics to refine and improve content strategy.
  • Monitor engagement and audience feedback to optimise future content.

About You

  • To excel in this role, you should be:
  • A skilled videographer and editor with a strong commercial portfolio.
  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
  • Highly creative, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and dynamic storytelling to life.
  • A confident communicator who can direct people on camera.
  • Organised and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiar with social media trends, knowing how to tailor content for different platforms.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
  • A full UK driving licence holder, with access to a vehicle for off-site filming.
