About the Role:

As a Solar Surveyor Executive, you will meet with potential customers, assess their properties, and advise on the best solar solutions to meet their energy needs. Your earnings will reflect your success, with a compounding commission structure—the more you sell, the higher your percentage per job!

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct on-site surveys for residential and commercial properties.

· Analyse energy usage and recommend tailored solar solutions.

· Identify and qualify leads, convert prospects, and close sales.

· Provide clients with detailed quotes and expert advice.

· Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, technology, and regulations.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, construction, or home improvements.

· Knowledge of solar energy systems (or a willingness to learn).

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

· A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.
