At Trade Mastermind, we are looking for a Sales Manager who is KPI-driven, results-focused, and dedicated to helping the sales team succeed. You’ll be responsible for setting the example, making sure your team delivers exceptional sales service, and consistently hits monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity to keep your strategies ahead of the curve.
- Adaptive Excellence: Be ready to adjust your approach when market conditions change, always looking for new opportunities.
- Strategic Vision: Create and lead a strategy that not only meets sales targets but exceeds them, helping us grow in the construction industry.
- Mentorship Magic: Guide and motivate your team, helping them achieve their best and solve any challenges that come their way.

- Construction Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the construction industry will be very helpful in navigating its challenges and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Champion: You have a solid history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing deals confidently.
- KPI-Focused: You are strict about ensuring your team hits their targets and delivers the best results possible.
- Coaching Skills: You can spot challenges within your team and know how to fix them by coaching, supporting, and guiding.
- Data-Driven: You understand the importance of tracking numbers and using data to make decisions, but you also know how to build strong relationships with your team.
- Adaptability: You can quickly adapt to changes in the market and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
- Leadership Experience: You’ve led a team before and know how to motivate, support, and challenge your sales team to achieve excellence.

Schedule:
