Joinery Installation Trainee

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients for a Joinery Installation Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual looking to develop their career in a hands-on role with a stable and supportive company.

As part of this role, you will be working across West Sussex and Surrey, supporting key business operations in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site tasks efficiently, following company standards and procedures
• Support project teams with hands-on work in a practical, fast-paced environment
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with clients and colleagues
• Assist with the organisation and transportation of equipment and materials as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work full-time hours
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Some on-site work experience preferred, but full training will be provided
• Own transport preferred, but not essential if local and willing to start driving soon
