As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and ensuring that our team continues to grow, excel, and deliver at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead employee relations, handling grievances and disciplinary processes professionally
• Oversee performance management, coaching managers and staff for success
• Design and deliver learning & development programs to upskill employees
• Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices
• Maintain and optimise HR systems, reporting workforce trends to leadership
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Professional, open-minded, and results-driven
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy, with experience in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
