We are on the lookout for a fun, charismatic, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting new clients and ensuring their journey with Trade Mastermind is seamless, rewarding, and successful. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and love building strong relationships, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome & Support Clients – Ensure all new clients receive a warm welcome and a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build Strong Relationships – Maintain excellent communication and develop trust with clients to support their business growth.
- Proactively Engage – Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, support, and up-selling opportunities.
- Manage Key Accounts – Support the Head of Key Account Management in handling multiple accounts, ensuring clients receive a bespoke and effective service.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction – Monitor and resolve any areas of dissatisfaction, ensuring high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Achieve Targets – Maintain a strong pipeline, schedule and book appointments, and work towards key interaction and retention goals.
- Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with colleagues to improve customer engagement and drive business success.
